Jeff Koons' beloved 12-meter-tall West Highland Terrier sculpture covered in over 38,000 living flowers, Puppy has stood guard at the entrance of the Guggenheim Museum since 1997, becoming an unofficial mascot of Bilbao and one of the most photographed public artworks in the world.
